We are looking to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team here in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is 100% in-office and located near Downtown Phoenix. If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing.
- Responsible for bank and account reconciliations, and preparing monthly customer aging reports.
- Responsible for cash applications and creating and setting up new accounts.
- Responsible for processing adjustments to the General Ledger
- Monitor and follow up with customers' accounts regarding past due payments and resolve any discrepancies to ensure timely collection and posting of payments to customer accounts.
- B2B collections and assist in catching up on aging 30, 60, 90, and 120 reports.
- Post to paid accounts and close out unpaid balances.
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- 3 years of Cash Applications and B2B collections experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess high attention to detail with accuracy.
