- Direct the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring seamless transaction processing, prompt payments, and fostering robust vendor partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a team of hourly and salaried accounting professionals, offering support, training, and performance oversight to drive excellence.
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements, ensuring timely payments to uphold strong supplier relationships.
- Champion compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and all relevant regulations.
- Spearhead the preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closings for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to dissect financial data, spot trends, and deliver actionable insights to fuel strategic decisions.
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous, GAAP-compliant financial records that stand up to scrutiny.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years leading or supervising a team.
- Deep expertise in accounts payable, core business operations, and accounting standards.
- Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite (a must-have for this role).
