Description
We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager (CPA) with 10+ years of experience in public accounting. This individual will not only lead and review complex client engagements but also play a pivotal role in business development, building client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple tax engagements for diverse clients.
- Perform final reviews of tax returns before partner sign-off.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor both managers and associates.
- Build and maintain client relationships, with the ability to bring in new business.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain high-quality work standards.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Proven ability to manage staff and lead teams effectively.
- Strong technical tax knowledge and review skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to work in-office in Knoxville, TN.
