Description
We are seeking two (2) experienced Tax Managers (CPA) with 5–10 years of public accounting experience to join a growing CPA firm in Knoxville. This individual will play a key role in supervising associates, reviewing tax returns, and ensuring that work passed to partners is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train associates on tax return preparation and compliance.
- Review tax returns prepared by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with partners to improve processes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to associates as needed.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- 5–10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Strong review and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in-office in Knoxville, TN.
